cost of production is so low. soooooooooo low, that industrialists (those who can buy the technology and convince the bank to give them loans) can make whatever they want at almost no cost. And dump their goods in the market at varying prices, at various price points.

rest, tiffin centers, etc is just people trying to scrape by, by providing what people with excess cash (from all those cheap things they bought) want.

hospitals are a necessity anyway.
