yes it might have been bad call and badcalls happen , that in itself doesnt constitute that refs gifted pats a win 

i see the ball wobbling , that might have led refs to think he lost posession

he had clear posession of the ball when he crossed the plane...then ball wobbled mid air but by the time he hit the ground, he regained complete control.

Call on the field is TD so it should stand

So the ball started to move in his hands this way ... he's now out of bounds in the end zone, which now created a touchback. So he didn't survive the recovery and didn't survive the ground during the recovery is what happened here."
