Outsourcing has started at Thomson Reuters

Outsourcing to Tech Mahindra has begun in NYC , Bangalore and Eagan . Several hundreds of employees were moved to Tech Mahindra same time last year and it's happening again this year . Developers and QA are being outsourced. This is happening across products in ET&O to cut costs and reduce full time employee headcount. With poor business growth outsourcing will continue in the near term.

Thomson Reuters is good company but it is not doing good business from last few years.....and they are outsourcing to witch companies from last 5 years in phases.
