Hi Friends,

Parents ki Visa apply cheddam anukuntunna.. could someone explain whats the process..I am on H1B-

MOM  Govt Employee...Govt Employees ki emanna separate ga untunda.. I mean should they carry any separate docs for stamping...and 1 more Brother ki apply cheyacha ..Ma thammudu India lo Bussiness doing..Can I apply to him also  along with parents ?

Steps for Applying visiting Visa for the Parents

- First get the passport clearly first page and last page of your parents by whats app.

- Start Filling DS 160 form with the details that has come above https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/.

- No Need to take photographs if you are applying in the Hyderabad consulate. When they go there they will take the photographa on first day.

-  create an account http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/ here  for your parents

    - select "Business/Tourism, Crew and All Other Visas"  under visa category

    - select "Select Visa Class" as  "B2"

    - After filling all the details, you get the 2 MRV receipts bar codes

    - send it to them and they go to the bank and pay fees for the both receipts

    - It takes 1 or 2 days for the MRV Receipt to be activated ,

      after they are activated you receive an email.

-  Next come back and book an appointment at here http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/ 

 

Documents that are needed to carry , in the order.

 - Send extra copies of Appointment confirmation letters to them

 - Invitation letter 

 - Form I-134 Letter fill it and send it https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134.pdf

 - Your I-797 copy of H1-B

 - Your complete passport xerox of all the pages , if you multiple passports too

 - Letter from your Employer saying that your working with them.

 - All your 6 months pay stubs

 - All your W2's from the day in US

 - All your Tax returns from the day in the US

 - All your 6 months Bank statements

 - Go to your Primary Bank and ask them to give the letter for visa for proof of funds ,they will give it - Bank Verification letter.

 - Carry all the property documents, letters  that your parents have

 

 

As long as if you show the proof that your parents/brother etc are going to come back, then there should not be any problem
