Hi All,

My employer had applied for H1b this year and it got picked. I got RFE on July 15th stating employer employee relationship was not rightly documented- Right to control and Specialty occupation. I've changed client in the meanwhile within the same MSA(I assume new LCA is not required). In response to the RFE i've submitted every possible document i.e. new client letter, new vendor letter and documents pertaining to status etc. We've upgraded it to premium processing on Sep 29th and i got one more RFE yesterday., which is yet to be received. I'm really confused here, 1. What would've triggered them to send another RFE, i heard it's very rare. 2. What are my approval odds- Approve ayyeki emaina chance unda?  p.s. it's being processed in California center.

A move within an MSA: If your H-1B employee is moving to a new job location within the same MSA or area of intended employment a new LCA is not required. USCIS website lo ila undi bro.
