You will get a nice condo in cupertino for $3200.  Try craiglist or zillow and ask your friend to visit the place before you lease online. 

Best school district and nice place to stay with less commute. 

Don't go to fremont or pleasanton area , you will regret later . 

sunnyvale schools are not that great.
