First H1, oka vendor ki FT and big client ki working. Not sure vallu ela file cheysaro H1 but more than 10 documents adigaru.. RFE address cheysi Premium ki converted thanaki India plan undi ani, so ee rojey denied ani status changed... 

OPT extension cheyaledu due to college issue so sept 30 ki OPT aipoindi ani college admission veysadu 21st nundi college start aithadi, 

so ippudu ma vodiki emi options unnay?

MTR evaraina veyoccha? Evaraina aa process lo approve aina vallu unnara?

CPT tho work cheysina next year malli same process kada H1 ki like lottery and start work from Oct1 if approve?

CPT tho India veldam anukuntunnadu inka other option leka, malli visa intervew velthey stamp ayye chances entha percentage? 

Any advice?

Andariki 5 years vundadu. kondariki 2-3 years kooda istharu.

MTR is a hit or miss muchata but while MTR is being applied you should be in status MTR itself doesn't provide any valid status aa point should be noted your honour

Yeah science n health sciences non engg background vallaki pretty common 2-3 yrs visa naadi ade bapath. But 80-20 rule bhayya adi so assuming that TS frnd have a 5 yr stamping if it's otherwise he has to go to stamping no second thought here

vani stamping enni years ki vundoo makem telustadii brother if he have a valid ones he doesnt have to go to stamping again.
