I started my PERM process while I was on OPT.. of course maa consultancy odu H1 batch lo naa peru marchipoya annadu aa year ki... i was in house... HR mana control lo undedi... deggarundi PERM process start chepichina H1 kanna 1.5 yrs mundu... try if someone does that for you.. that saves lot of time.... love da lodi H1 meeda ochinollu F1 meeda ochinolla kantey atleast 3 to 4 yrs mundu untaru PERM process lo... naa tharvatha ochina chala mandi direct H1 vallu on GC now while my batch MS folks still struggling on H1... 2008 batch mem antha...
