First coinbase or gemini and bittrex lo acct set up chesuko ...dhaani tharuvaatha bitcoin coinbase or gemini lo koni transfer that to bittrex for trading OMG or ripple...

Ledha Bitfinex lo acct create chesuko ...acct verification avvataaniki atleast 7-10 business days pattidhi..then after that u can directly trade OMG or XRP using USD i believe
