How much do you guys contribute for year and whats your employer match ?

Do you guys top up IRS limit per year?  $18K ? 

I started doing full $18K since 2 years.. Throw some pros and cons

Married bhayya.. employer 5% match chestadu. chudali ee market etlane raise avutundo ledo ani.
