 planning to apply H1B extn in couple of months , i am a FT to the client , LCA lo choosthe Level 1 wage ani vundi.

U will get an RFE if the attorney won;t justify level 1..Depends on Attorney how well he files. As far as I see , FT doesn;t give an issue, but my BIL got an RFE and finally got rejected. So it's all luck and good paper work. Also after yesterdays new memo, they decided to look back at approved petitions (extension/ammendments) and issue RFE..So it's anti-immigrant era we are in...

FT, WITCH non WITCH does not matter to them. Maa friend gadiki FT wage2 RFE padindi last week, already 4 cases I know in last 2 months denied ofcourse working for they were working for mestris.

Lol... First pending lo processing lo unna petitions ni tondaraga complete cheyamanandi vallanni. Kuppalu kuppalu currently in process. i think vadu annadi entante ippudu extension ki same level apply chesthe RFE estam eventhough previously same level petition was approved ani. inthakumundu same employer, same work site address unte extension ni just previous petition approval code chusi approve chesevaru  but ippudu extension ni new case laga treat chestara eventhough same worksite address same employer
