Nope.. same employer applied again in regular... after denied.. make sure apply only in regular process.. premuim lo baga checking ...

Ee year lo h1b premium 2 weeks back e opened kada man. Appude apply cheyadam deny avadam kuda ainda...and malli regular lo etla apply chesaru veredi..appatiki quota aipothadi kada...clarity plz..

In March lo premium process applied and  denied ayinadhi after a couple months .. I 94 Aug varaku vunadhi and malli extension regular lo apply chesinadu with same employer..

already denied application again regular processing lo cheycha, i doubt that. May be extension march lo deny ayindih kabatti april lo regular cap lo chesiuntadu

One suggestion is do not apply extension/transfer/amendment around April month, scrutinize ekkuva chestharu and mostly new employees untaru and they go with line by line from the rule book.
