Need help on H1B transfer.

Do we need to have approval copy for H1B? If there’s no approval copy... how can we transfer to another employer. Plz guide me!!

Full time lo unna... H1B bayata nundi came... what if my employer(H1B picked employer) doesn’t provide H1B approval copy...

Original you dont need just a copy will work

Original is not required ... but copy is needed for transfer . Your employer should give a copy atleast ...

You at least need H1 copy, any employer will give H1B copy. How can you be legal without H1B copy or I94?

*******************  brother.. u dont need H1B original / copy of the H1 , we can transfer to new employer with receipt number . i did it last year

Legally your employer needs to provide you the original H1B I797. This is law, he cannot withhold the document.
