anyone from Charlotte here? can you tell me what would be good package for 7 IT years exp guy. Offered FTE but waiting for offer letter. I am happy with current job so unless that is too good offer to reject, I don't want to take. Want to negotiate. Not a famous client as they don't do any H1s but Fortune 500. with some recommendations, they said yes to sponsorship as I worked for them almost 4 years.

120k without benefits is not bad at all in Charlotte for 7 years experience. I have 8 years experience but make less than that here.
