the current majority owner is HMNY, its analytics company. theaters /Producers has to work with HMNY hand to hand for mutual benefits..

using MP since 2 years... But used only in theaters for Tickets only. never tried for concessions or Patel Bros.. so no issues for me.

Moviepass is trying to do price discrimination but with no proper boundaries. When they want specific people to buy their tickets, they should also put proper boundaries by tracking the end-user behavior. He has  no infra for that, so he put all terms and conditions that no one would care
