H1b Start date different than application date on h1b approval notice

Hi friends,

My h1b transfer application was sent on Aug1st and  I started working on H1b receipt from September1st after I got the H1B receipt.Last week my H1b was approved and  in my approval notice my new H1b Start date is  mentioned as Oct1st .Does it mean I was working illegally from Sept1-Oct1st?Please share your thoughts

same situation naaku vachindi, lucky ga munde LCA chusukoni, client ki cheppina. so client postoned  chesadu start date ni. 

but maa peddalu @bhai and inko pedda manishi ayite, em kaadu picha lite annaru.
