both parents address proof docs kavala minor infant OCI ki. Father di DL, electricity bill undi but mother di just credit card/bank statements, W2, H4 EAD unte saripoda. Indian embassy vallaku usa lo address proofs emem accept chestaro kooda teliyadu. only DL, utility bill, Apartment Lease ane antaru old school fellows.

For Minors, a proof of address from any one parent or a legal guardian may be submitted instead

I always find OCI application ridiculously complicated. Oka chota photo white background undali anni untadi, inko chota plain background but not white ani untadi. Dhed dimak gallaki outsourcing icharu. Application center in NY lo panichesevallu kuda sagam mandi dhed galle. edo bank loan kosam poina feeling vasthadi.

My suggestion: Try for a state ID if you can;t get a DL for your wife. Just to be on safe side!
