I am not in the IT field so perhaps communication skills are not that critical. It is extremely jarring to try to listen to him. Listening to him is akin to trying to enjoy a car ride on a pot-holed filled road. Maybe his intentions are clean but he comes across as a very frustrated soul. Quote
