Ford lo h1 ni hire chesukoru and no sub contracts as well. So they will work thru couple of vendors... billing will be some where around 45-48$ per hr istharu which is like 90-95k offer chestharu. Regarding contract its kind of full time with ford but no benefits anaga ala long term contract pothune untadi

Thella vendors ki cut off margin atleast 30%-50% untadhi bro. It depends how you negotiate. 

Nee skill nacchithey vaadiki.. koncham compromise aithadu.. because long term lo vaadiki benefit avthadhi.. 

They usually talk abt inflation and skill demand and increase the rate on a yearly basis with the client.

Adi common ekkadaina.. kaani consultant ki chepparu.
