US lo pudithe by default you are US Citizen and if you have Indian parents you can take Indian citizenship. But after age of 18 if you want to travel then you should decide on your citizenship. Quote

No Indian passports will be given to Kids, but since they have OCI, they will be considered both US and Indian citizens. 18 vachaka they need to decide and stick to whichever citizenship they want, they cannot continue to have both. Both kadu only USC. there is nothing called both. with you have all freedom in india. only no voting rights and cannot own farm land. Rest all same as citizens. 18 kadu after 21 years if you want you can become an india citizen based on your parents citizenship. Quote
