Paradise ki kharkhana la kitchen vuntadi...akada rice and meats cook chesi, akadiki teesukostadu... so is the case with almost all other biryani places....they still cook most of the food on firewood...what ever they cook inside the premises, gas is used..but slow cooking and all, they have kitchens somewhere else and they move the food from there.. biryani alag se vandutaru...masala alag se vandutaru... Android_Halwa Posted November 1, 2017 Report Posted November 1, 2017 Take the example of Cafe Bahar....compact place, chinna place...forget about firewood...do you think this hotel has enough kitchen space to cook their entire servings of biryanis and all other dishes ? roju ki oka 100 deksha's biryani ammutadu...do you think they prepare such huge amounts of biryani's in their restraurant kitchens ?
