every hospital will bill the insurance with no limits.

but there will be an agreement between network hospitals and insurace for each and every service.

for exmaple if hospital bill is $2500 for epidural, then the allowed agreed amount by the insruace wil be $1200. so insurce will only pay $1200 since it is part of their agreemnt for the service..

yes neeku ee thread baaga useful avuthundi   mana mesthri ki plan untundi so peddaga manaku options undavu..general ga mesthri high deductables untaayi since every one picks less premium to make coolies happy but hospitals and other tests ki velithe gaani theliyadu mana insurance coverage..very recently friend went  for some test and insurance said it will cover, dr office confirmed..but claim denied and he is paying monthly ala untundi ikkada..any way not to scare u..

yes insurance cover kakapothe maname kattali..yes ikkada oka lafoot rule undi if you have  1 or n kids your premium will be same..so to take advantage of insurance we have to keep producing kids...

naa bill 107 K for 4 days in hospital no complications, dont know how much insurance pays to hospital , 2500 to be paid by me UHC is provider.
