XRP is long term , you need to have patience , due to the swell conference disappointment it will take time to recover

I'm out of ETH and most of the other alts except for VTC now , will come back 1-2 days before the fork , ETH is pretty stable and will give good rewards in future , solid tech

XLM is another long term , lots of potential like XRP , BAT is a better version of Adex I think , It is probably one of the most undervalued coins right now but it keeps bleeding most of the times , their browser (BRAVE) is kick ass though..prefer it to chrome for visiting sites which have a lot of ads etc..do check it out but don't invest much in it...

Patientory is sketchy , health records are guarded by HIPPA laws for privacy , so I'm still not sold on storing patient data on blockchain  , may have massive potential if it is a real solution with out any major issues though

I like NEO , once China unbans , this will take off massively , ARK is good too
