రాజధాని ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి ప్రాధికార సంస్థ (సీఆర్‌డీఏ) తొలి విడతలో సింగపూర్‌ పంపించిన 34 మంది రాజధాని రైతులు పర్యటన ముగించుకుని శనివారం స్వగ్రామాలకు చేరుకున్నారు. వీరిలో ఎక్కువ మంది తొలిసారి విదేశాలకు వెళ్లినవారు. రైతులు తమ అనుభవాలను ‘ఈనాడు’తో పంచుకున్నారు. ‘మా రాజధానికి మాస్టర్‌ప్లాన్‌ మీరే ఇచ్చారు. మీ కంపెనీలు రాజధానిలో 1690 ఎకరాల్లో స్టార్టప్‌ ప్రాంతాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్నాయి. మేము కూడా పది వేల గజాల విస్తీర్ణంగల స్థలాలు ఇస్తాం. మాతో కలసి పనిచేస్తారా? మీ సాంకేతికత, ఆకృతులు ఉపయోగించి సంయుక్త భాగస్వామ్యంలో ఎన్ని అంతస్తుల భవనాలు కట్టగలరని అక్కడి అధికారుల్ని అడిగాం. ప్రభుత్వ స్థాయిలో అది సాధ్యం కాదంటూ మరునాడు ప్రైవేటు బిల్డర్లతో సమావేశం ఏర్పాటుచేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం అమరావతిలో జనాభా తక్కువ ఉన్నందున భారీ వాణిజ్య ప్రాజెక్టులు చేపట్టలేమని వారు తెలిపారు. మా స్థలాలను 33 ఏళ్లకు వారికిస్తే భవనాలు వారే నిర్మించి అద్దెలు చెల్లించేలా, గడువు ముగిశాక ఇరుపక్షాలకూ ఆమోదయోగ్యమైతే ఒప్పందం పొడిగించుకునేలా, లేకపోతే భవనాలను అప్పగించి వెళ్లిపోయేలా ప్రతిపాదనపై చర్చించాం’ అని వెంకటపాలెం గ్రామానికి చెందిన రైతు బెల్లంకొండ నరసింహారావు తెలిపారు. సింగపూర్‌లో పరిశీలించిన అంశాలను రాజధాని రైతులు వివరించారు.సింగపూర్‌లో స్వచ్ఛతకు, పచ్చదనానికి ప్రాధాన్యమిస్తారు. బీడు నేలే కనిపించదు. కాలుష్యం, పొగ అన్నదే లేదు.

Do you guys know even US has a system called Nurse Practitioner , They have minimum 3 years Nursing Experience in hospital 

Than they study 2 years of college and attend classes including working with physicians to gain clinical experience after which they get degree to practice medicine or surgery in US. 

 I think India should implement this and provide a pathway for Nurses to turn into Practitioner and provide quality care.
