If that is your observation, that is fine. My observation is, for most doctors the main motivation is money and social status. You will get the status but not money in rural areas. Not enough for them.

No body is passionate to anything bro everyone is passionate about getting money ante. why only doctors need to be passionate abt serving poor why can't be engineers. Basically this is not abt being passionate or not. It's abt jeopardizing public health by giving license to treat public  with a mere of 6 months of training. Coz in India the rampant use antibiotics is causing development of superbugs, now a days tuberculosis is developing resistance to broad spectrum  of antibiotics. That's my bigger picture.

I can't agree more, but why only doctors needs to be passionate about. But unfortunately mana society is fed that way if you become a doctor you will earn more ani.
