UPS is expensive fedex is cheaper. Go to store and ask for estimate based on your bag

Fedex/UPS Ground  if time is not a constraint. Actual price varies on weight, from/to addresses 

And you can schedule for pickup also. They will come and pick up your stuff. 

USPS Parcel Service kooda cheap but slower than ground. Kaani parcel service by itself doesn't have pick up service. Kaani mee building ki postal delivery person vaste they may be willing to accept it as long as  all the postage is paid and printed.
