Utrust ICO - Can USA temp residents invest?

Utrust ICO has got very good ratings, I was planning to invest but noticed but following statement. Crypto Gurus, Let me know if H1B [temporary residents] are allowed to invest in this ICO. 

You can participate in the ICO if you are neither a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States, nor have a primary residence or domicile in the United States, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any other territories of the United States.

I'm on H1B Visa living in US. I'm citizen of India and have only 1 citizenship. Can I still be eligible to buy tokens in ICO?

That is correct. You are able to invest as an Indian citizen.

Is this restriction only for token sale? If so? Can I still use my US address if I have to use?

 

And also after block chain is live, can a US citizen buy coins from exchanges? Or not at all?

Correct, the restriction is only for the ICO as US citizens will be able to purchase on exchange post ICO. 

You can use your US address so long as you specify your Indian ID number.
