Even if Trump decides to trash NAFTA (which he cant, he doesnt has the powers to do so) they will come up with a similar visa which austarlian citizens have to work in USA..

Under review is not a bad thing, doesn't mean it's going to be rescinded.

H1 and to some extent L1 visas were the proverbial demons till recent.No one ever spoke of TN. This is the first time we are seeing them publicized. so it is something to take note of
