I have filled my DS-160 in last week of july, got applicatiom number paid visa fee but didn't submit DS-160.

now when i try to retrieve my appliaction it says"please correct all areas in error as indicated below. Once you have finished, click 'retrieve application' button on to continue completing your online application form. 

No matching data found, ani error messgae vastundi.

try to chat with the customer service, they said to fill a new DS-160 and update the confirmation number on the profile annadu.

can someone please confirm this??

Not asking for any of that information, just asked me to select a location where you will be applying for this visa, enter the code as shown and retrieve. 

After this an error message pops up

Yes you can fill new one. Finger prints ki vellinappudu vallaki cheppu kotta confirmation number. They will update
