Applied for H1B status  & approve ayindi  in Apr 2016, and for an year.

H1B lo work  from (Oct 2016 to Sep2017).

 change of status apply chesina from H1 nunchi F1 in Sep 2017.

H1B expired on Sep 2017 while COS application is pending.

I traveled to my home country in Oct 2017 for an emergency, so the COS H1B to F1 will be void now.

I have I20 for Jan 2018 Semester.

Considering the above scenario, Eppudu nenu malli back ravali ante

 (1)  F1 visa lo date  till 2020 undi , and a valid I20 from univ kuda undi,  Eppudu malli stamping ki vellala , since I have been through change of status.

 

 (2) stamping avasaram lekapotey , SEVIS etla  reactivate avutadi, POE lo adugutharu kadha.

i know your situation very well. i have seen this case.  kotha sevis apply chesukuni you can re-enter to USA.

yes, ne sevis active ga undali adhi university ni adugu whether my i20 is still active ....nuvu ravachu no problems... i saw one similar scenario and came back to usa with no issues..

its ur luck if u enter into USA with f1 or h1......poe has entire history of urs..

last week maa colleague ni  poe nunchi vennaki pamparu.....idi anta.com kadu, maa office different department....
