దిల్లీ: పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు నిర్మాణంపై అభ్యంతరాలు వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ ఒడిశా దాఖలు చేసిన కేసులో తమకు కూడా అవకాశం కల్పించాలని కోరుతూ తెలంగాణ, ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌ రాష్ట్రాలు సుప్రీంకోర్టులో ఇంప్లీడ్‌ పిటిషన్లు దాఖలు చేశాయి. అయితే తెలంగాణ పిటిషన్‌పై అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేసిన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌.. విభజన చట్టలోని సెక్షన్‌ 90 ప్రకారం ఆ రాష్ట్రానికి పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టుతో సంబంధం లేదని వాదించింది. ఏపీ అభ్యంతరాలను నమోదు చేసిన జస్టిస్‌ మదన్‌ బి.లోకూర్‌, జస్టిస్‌ దీపక్‌ మిశ్రా.. కేసు విచారణ సందర్భంలో అభ్యంతరాలను కోర్టుకు తెలిపే స్వేచ్ఛ ఇచ్చినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. అనంతరం తెలంగాణ, ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌ ఇంప్లీడ్‌ పిటిషన్లను స్వీకరించారు.

కేంద్రానికి జరిమానా 
ఈ కేసులో ఇప్పటివరకు కౌంటర్‌ దాఖలు చేయకపోవడంతో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ఇందుకుగాను రూ.25వేల జరిమానా విధించింది. జరిమానా ఉపసంహరించాలని కేంద్రం చేసిన విజ్ఞప్తిని సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం తోసిపుచ్చింది. దీనిపై రెండు వారాల్లోగా సమాధానం చెప్పాలని ఆదేశిస్తూ విచారణను వాయిదా వేసింది.
