need more clarity on the question, are you talking about price comparing house rent and family health insurance ? if so it tottaly depends on thousands of factors like say rent -- one bed or 2 bed or more, location, cheap area/good area/ how old are the apartments, etc etc., for insurance what type of insurance,,how big is the family, location etc.,
