Visibility too poor , fog lights & add to that the vehicles should put on blinkers on all the time such situation and run at moderate speed to reduce chances of such things happening. We use blinkers on in mumbai when its raining pretty heavily i learnt it after coming here Quote

Ha March 29th na declare chesaaru from April 1st no more BSIII vehicles are to be sold ani...Chala mandi konukunnaru discount price lo atleast market rate kante 10K daaka discount vache ah 2 days. Also there is a twist showroom vaallu vaalla peru meeda before April 1st register chesesukunnaru & then after that if any one wanted BSIII model they sold with same discounts to clear stock. Quote
