Desi Vendors dirty tricks...Be aware pillalu...

Oka position ki client vendors ki 55 istha ante,

you may get more than one vendor call for the same position. One of them will quote you 55+ some may offer 45+.

Obviously without knowing how much client is actually offering for the position, one will fall for high price and sign the right to represent and keep quiet

From my experience this employer who quoted high rate and got right to represent will never submit your resume to client. This is to favor his own candidates by blocking some active competition.
