Same thing happened to me , Finally i did not join in last minute ,He cried like crazily and He is OK to give whatever i want

Naaku ilage ayyindi last project lo..... $65 ki submit chesi.........  select ayyinaka client wont go above $60 ani cheppadu pulka gaadu..... $57.5 ayyithe pakka they'll select you ani cheppi final gaa $58 ki teggotadu.................. Mestris are modern day mafias and blackmailers.......... mana weakness tho cash cheskuntunnaru

Obviously without knowing how much client is actually offering for the position, one will fall for high price and sign the right to represent and keep quiet

From my experience this employer who quoted high rate and got right to represent will never submit your resume to client. This is to favor his own candidates by blocking some active competition.
