Very common. Interview ayyake job vachaka dramas adutaru especially if in last quarter and on h1b visa. Extn undi ani teluste inka kasta advantage tesukuntaru. No choice manaku so should live with it.

From my experience this employer who quoted high rate and got right to represent will never submit your resume to client. This is to favor his own candidates by blocking some active competition.
