requirement enti ante oka file lo 3 columns unnai delimited by ;. I have to replace them with | . problem enti ante data lo kuda ; undi

 

example : a;"b;c;d";e ani data undi naku after a and before e unna semicolon needs to be replaced with pipe. quotes lo unna data lo ; replace kakudadhu. any suggestions?

Sed command vadi cheyavachu but i never tried your requirement. I had a different req
