వారి వంటల ఘాటును భరించలేమన్న బ్రిటన్‌ వాసికి కోర్టులో చుక్కెదురు 

లండన్‌: వాసనలు వెంటాడే కూరలు వండుకునే భారతీయులు, పాకిస్థానీలకు ఇళ్లు అద్దెకు ఇవ్వనంటూ భీష్మించుకుని కూర్చున్న బ్రిటన్‌వాసికి కోర్టులో చుక్కెదురైంది. 69ఏళ్ల ఫెర్జస్‌ విల్సన్‌కు ఈశాన్య ఇంగ్లండ్‌లో వందల కొద్దీ ఇళ్లున్నాయి. భారత్‌, పాకిస్థాన్‌లకు చెందిన ఓ వర్ణం ఛాయ కలిగిన వ్యక్తులకు ఇళ్లు అద్దెకు ఇవ్వనని సమానత్వం, మానవ హక్కుల కమిషన్‌ ముందు ఆయన తెగేసిచెప్పారు. దీంతో కేసు మైడ్‌స్టోన్‌ కౌంటీ కోర్టుకు ఎక్కింది. అక్కడ విల్సన్‌కు వ్యతిరేకంగా తీర్పు వచ్చింది. ‘ఈయన విధానాలు న్యాయవిరుద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయి. ఇలాంటి వాటికి మన సమాజంలో చోటులేదు’అని న్యాయమూర్తి రిచర్డ్‌ పాల్డెన్‌ తేల్చిచెప్పారు. కోర్టు తీర్పును వ్యతిరేకించి వివక్ష చూపాలని చూస్తే.. కటకటాలు లెక్కపెట్టాల్సిందేనని స్పష్టంచేశారు. ‘కూరల వాసన వచ్చే ఇల్లు మాకు వద్దంటూ కొందరు తెగేసి చెబుతున్నారు. దీంతో ఇళ్లను బాగుచేయించేందుకు పెద్దమొత్తంలో డబ్బు ఖర్చుబెట్టాల్సి వస్తోంది. అందుకే భారతీయులు, పాకిస్థానీలకు ఇళ్లు అద్దెకి ఇవ్వనని చెప్పాను’అంటూ తన వాదనను విల్సన్‌ సమర్థించుకున్నారు.

If those are not part of any realestate company , then his wish I guess. But if it is part of some company , Then he can't do it I guess.

But he has to rent by the "Law Of the Land" - solicitors either through a Rental Company or directly to the owner will execute the documents.

The Rental Agreement is Legal and is bound to protect both the lender and tenants interests - Of course by a set of Rules.

There is a Rule - that you should not discriminate any one by color, $ex, creed, nationality etc.

Still he can rent by his own terms but if any damage occurs to the property, no solicitor will help him recover the losses.

Generally, if you stay for over an year, the owners will keep one month rent as maintenance charge.
