H1 to F1 after i140 approval?

Hi Friends,

Can we change status from H1b to F1 if we have an approved I140.COS approve chestara ?? endukante approved I140 means we have immigration intent and F1 visa is non immigrant visa.

I140 approval taravatha COS kastame bro since you shown immigrant intent.Manchi nyayavaadi tho apply cheyyali
