Frnds I got RFE on amendment , can I travel to India ? I have to go stamping though ... With old employer I have h1 till next yr he sold his company to someone that's why applying for amendment 

really stressed Pls suggest frnds

Neeku stamping unte happy ga vellu no issues at all. Change of status kakapothe like from f1 to h1 you can travel even if your application is pending or in rfe as long as you have valid stamp and valid status with continuos payroll..

I don't know why you are worrying so much. Stamping lekapothe simple rfe clear ayye varaku vellaku.

if you have holidays and want to go to India at any cost then happily go. Nothing will happen man.
