Ya Bhayya.. cop vachadu.. ma frnd details teesukunadu as he is driving at incident time..they exchanged details of other car guy n ma frnd insurance details.. my frnd is add on driver ma rental car meeda..

cop edanna points vesthe mee frnd driving record ki velthundi. Other car vaadu will claim insurace to your friends insurance company.

So only thing remaining is your rental car company. They might charge your insurance for the damage. So call them and sort it out.

Never experienced this scenario before Bhayya.. wat do u meant by call them n sort it..valla ki incident report chesa..Adjuster will call u ani cheppadu..compared to other car ma car ki damage ekkuva bt driving ki em pblm Ledu.. bt body damage ayindi driver side..na doubt enti ante. If both are listed on rental car as drivers.. y primary driver has to take the burden with no fault of his.. just adugutunna Bhayya.. na doubt ante... don't take it in other way..

bro, these things are better handled directly by talking with insurance companies. Adjuster call chesthe, explain him the situation and make sure your insurance will not bump up due to this. If they say, primary driver is responsible, then you can pay money upfront to avoid any bump in your insurance.

mi friend insurance cover chestundi anukunta mostly .. add-on driver and insurance details kuda ichadu kabatti , but best thing to do is, talk to your insurance provider
