For I-20, I just showed $ 5000 in my bank account and I just told in the International Student Services, that I am going to bring my wife and I need an i-20 for her visa. Why don u try like that? Contact the ISS in ur school and ask them for the i-20. Usually , they will give , even before marriage. The basic rule is..u need enough fundings to bring a dependant . The dependent can be ur wife/ father/ mother..or any one. That does not matter. They just see wthere u can afford or not. If u want to talk to me pm ur mobile number I will talk to u...GOOD LUCK...
