Unfortunately, the same Asian and Indian population that Silicon Valley has welcomed, has contributed to its dark side. Every culture has positive and negative traits. Some traits which appear to be positive in one milieu can turn out to be negative for another sociocultural environment.

Indians and Asians thrive in hyper-competitive cultures, which have associated dark traits: competition, aggression, lack of sharing, cheating, no holds barred ethics, tribalism.

As these ethnicities have infiltrated middle and upper management in droves, every one of the above dark aspects of their respective cultures have taken root not only in Silicon Valley companies but also in the broader society. You see examples of wife and child abuse, nasty politics in the workplace, and rampant nepotism.

white people have literally genocided people from other cultures, and are still warring or provoking wars across the world, and Indians get called as thriving in hyper competitive environment? lol.

at best, the uppercaste fcuks that make up almost all of Indian society in the west are smug and irritating to hold a conversation with. Other than that, they weild almost no power outside India.

Lack of sharing.. lol. you have a ugly white fcuker at white house who boasted about his tendency to not share, and was praised and voted in. pretty sure even an Indian upper caste guy saying the stuff Trump said wouldn't get elected back in India.

Do silicon valley companies really share? they definitely don't.

if Zuckerberg was 'sharing', he wouldn't have built a closed platform. mindless capitalist drones have funny definitions of 'sharing'.

whether its Indian or anyone else, nobody will share in the current environment, unless the person is extremely sure of him/herself.

lol. Silicon Valley has other bigger issues than the issues caused by Asian/Indian population. I would say it is very minimal based on what I saw. Biggest problems are internal politics (doesn't matter white or non-white), harassment, and Valley people - mostly whites' obsession to become millionaires in a day by any means.

Except this isn't limited to Indians, this applies to pretty much any minority including Hispanics, Blacks, other Asians etc. Across all religions as well.

irrelevant. I don't really understand other cultures well enough to appreciate how their smugness compares to indians. So I'll focus only on Indians being hated, and encourage it.
