its not true for L1 case. L1 ki unlimted extensions emi ravu H1 laga. either you should move from L1 to H1 or move out of country for 1 yr +

IT WOULD HAve been the prefferred visa for most Indians if that were not the case. REMEMber l1 spouses can do any job which means they can still make up for the low wages of the earning partner.
