H1 B -Denied, Can we apply again to maintain Status, What are my Options?

Friends, I got my H1 B Transfer Denied after 5 years of experience in US, due to Specialty Occupation Clause. 

Can I Apply again with more evidence to support my Job is a Speciality Occupation.

attorney's are doing performance evaluation before filing for many non-CS background people...and then filing h1b petitions...

you have to file MTR...or file a new h1b petition asap before your i94 end date.

Computer systems analyst role ani mention cheyatam nee kompa munchindi...that role is Level1...deenni batti chusthe Mee attorney assal care tiskoledu ani ardham avthondi.. present situation gurinchi vadiki teluso ledo...

And i94 inka 9 months vundi kabatti you don't have to leave India ... current employer tho vundipo

Sr. BI ante specialty occupation kindiki vasthundi and your computer science in masters and ECE are perfectly fine. 

H1-transfer denied but what about your current H1 status ?
