yes h1 extension ki kooda ala cheyyochu , india nunchi apply chesthunnav kaabati H1 extension Subject to cap (if you are not filing for extension based on I-140)

if filing extension based on i-140 and 6 yrs of h1 expired then , h1 extension not subject to cap file chesthaav

You will have 180 days grace period before you can start packing. Basically.if there is no valid h1 on you now then you are out of status immediately. Within 180 days you need to get a new h1 or leave. That too bcoz you have valid i94. I 94 kooda expire ayithey you have to go back to india or apply h1 in premium processing so that you will accumulate less not of illegal status stay.
