Frnd Ki divorce Usa lo

frnda just need an info , my Frnd is going throw lot of agony 

she and her huband got divorce in Usa for some irreconcilable issues.. That guy got married fresh girl now  (father and mother in law )they are defaming the ex daughter in law ( my Frnd) in India saying she had an affair andhikey velipoyi di ani she and her parents are going throw a lot of pain what can she do ? Now can she file case on them or ignore ?? If ignored they are doing this eveytime they meet in family getogethers .. Please help or advice

nuvvu kavalane ila funny ga english rasavemo teliyadu aina adi lite..coming to divorce... girl can file charges for defamation (but with solid evidence)... sending a simple lawyer notice will bring lot of change...so manchi lawyer ni chusukomanu me friend ni...

Antha pedda ninda moopu thunnarante edo okati unde vuntundhi Boss. I know bitter ga untaru ee situations lo kaani mari affairs ani orikene endhuku antaru. Nijam ayithe the girl has to accept it. If not then she should try and sue them. Divorce antene chinna vishayam kaadu inka affair tho divorce ante inkaa bad.
