don't say this man. DB folks now use your reason to cover their a$$ when anyone asks why they are not doing a decent job in decent company. Only alternative to corporates is working in desi body shops which are even worse. 

Let the people work in corporates, gain some knowledge, connections  and then come out to do whatever they want. Unfortunately, most of the them are not qualified based on the real skills they have. So they will have to stick to desi body shops for now
