H4 Visa stamping

My Spouse attended the H4 Extension Dropbox as the website displayed the eligibility. My spouse visa is approved but the petitioner name is displayed as X where as my I -797 says Y.

 

Even though I have mentioned the Petitioner name as Y in the DS 160 the Petitioner name in the visa is X ((Y bought X last year). kindly advise for the below queries.

 

1.       Will that be an issue at the Port of Entry?

2.       In such case how would we face the context at the Port of entry?

3.       Do we need to get the name corrected from the US consulate before travelling?
