There is no denying that you need good BAs for certain types of projects, but the problem is with speciality occupation and what Indian BAs are doing. When it is restricted to setting up meetings and writing only basic technical stuff then it is a problem. The number of RFEs for that position clearly suggests that that it is being targeted. They do think that locals can do what most Indian BAs do. When that thought comes, it is clearly applied to everyone regardless of their expertise in their field.
